Responsibilities
- Increase advertiser performance and solve client problem with analytical skill.
- Identify new high potential customer and provide great customer service.
- Support internal product development and establish excellent relationships to brands and partner.
- Learn and work together with partners and agency to achieve goals.
- Provide project and campaign updates and deliver insight to grow the business.
- Create performance reports and support business team to summarize campaign success.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor Degrees or Higher.
- Experience in operation or marketing communication or customer relation role
- Strong interest in new media, marketing, digital business and technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills : Thai, English.
- Advanced computer skills : Presentation, Android/iOS, Google Apps and Google Drive Apps, Gmail, Chrome and its extension.
- Startup mindset, detail-oriented and ability to arrange multiple client deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to organized work both independently and in a teamwork environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Additional language skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, data analytical thinking, influencing and problem solving skills.
- Google Video Advertising Advanced Certification.
- Google Advertising Certification.
- Google Analytics Certification.
